Low Price ends this Sunday!

Hello all ! The date to lock in this year's price for our tour has arrived! This Sunday, May 31st, is the final day for at least three students (or parents!) to enroll in the 2010 Tour to London, Paris and Madrid. We currently have 15 interested people, but no one has enrolled and paid the down-payment yet.
***This is how it works: EF has informed us that tour prices are going up in two days, but the whole group can pay this year's price for next year's tour IF three people have enrolled online AND paid the initial $95 enrollment fee by May 31st, 2009...in two days. If we delay signing up, then we can still tour Europe as planned, but EF will issue a new higher price quote for the tour!
So, my question is... Do we have at least three of you that are ready to commit to traveling to Europe next summer (2010) with VHS? The whole group will benefit! Even those that enroll by the final deadline, October 1st, will pay the lower price quoted for this year. Reminder: EF has a wonderful new policy where all but $95 is refunded to any student with a parent that is laid-off during the time between enrolling to travel and the leave date. EF has not done this in the past. It makes the decision to travel easier in this economy. EF is a class act!

We have a DEADLINE !!!

Good afternoon, Parents & Students interested in the 2010 E.F. Tour to London, Paris & Spain! It was great to meet many of you at our first information meeting on April 23rd. I hope you have had a chance to look over the trip materials, and think (and dream!) about joining our tour next summer! I am excited!!! (Note: www.eftours.com/student has all the details, if you haven't picked up an enrollment packet.) I wanted to let you know about the enrollment timeline, as it has been communicated to me by our EF Tour Consultant. The prices are going up for our tour after May 31st, 2009, (in less than 3 weeks!) We can "lock-in" our price quote by having an "activated tour" by May 31st, 2009. We can "activate" our tour by having at least 3 people enrolled to travel with EF at http://www.eftours.com/ Three people enrolled (just 3!) can lock in next year's price for the entire group, as long as the three enroll by May 31st! All enrolling students after this date would receive the current lower price. Currently, we have 15 interested students (plus a few parents!), but no one has actually officially enrolled with EF yet. (I am not sure of next year's price, but it is likely to be several hundred dollars more than our current quote.) So... if you are sure that you want to travel to Europe next summer, please enroll before May 31st. You only need to put down a small payment to enroll. I will keep you updated about the current number of students traveling, and when we have the minimum number of students to travel.

Information Meeting Tonight! Trip to London, Paris & Madrid in 2010!

Attention all students interested in traveling the world! We are excited to announce that we will be having an information meeting in the Little Theater at Vacaville High School on Thursday, April 23rd @ 7:00pm. We will fill you in on how you can join in on this great travel opportunity in June of 2010. Imagine yourself snapping photos of Paris from the Eiffel Tower!...
